Adamson, J. Scotland b. 1886, Glasgow
John Adamson
studied at the Athenæum in Glasgow and
served as organist to churches in Glasgow, Blantyre, Hamilton and then
from
1913 at Kilbarchan Parish Church. He
may have emigrated to Canada. He published Adagio patetico, Andante,
Andante con moto, Postlude in C, Prelude and Triumphal
March (all 2-stave pieces) in Church Voluntaries Vol. 2
1926 [BFG].

Saint-Rémi from c. 1940 until her death. She published 50

Placidus Andermatt
(An der Matt) left a Concertino for organ, 2 horns and strings
and (7) Versets.
He may have been a monk at the monastery in Einsiedeln as this work is
found in
the music library there.
